Referral for Arbitration has the meaning given in clause 36.1;
Examples of Referral for Arbitration in a sentence
The Sellers and/or the Sellers’ Guarantor, on the one hand, and the Purchasers, on the other hand, shall each nominate one arbitrator and deliver written notification of such nomination to the other and to the Secretariat of the ICC (the “Secretariat”) within twenty (20) Business Days of the date of any Referral for Arbitration or within such other time period agreed upon by the parties to the arbitration.
