Referral Commissions is defined in in Section 3.1. "Confidential Information" is defined in Section 3.4. "Customer(s)" means each end user(s) of a Service that has signed a Customer Contract and that was referred to the Company by the Referral Partner and through the direct efforts of the Referral Partner or its Sales Representatives. "Customer Contract" means a Company approved and signed agreement together with all applicable terms of service.

Examples of Referral Commissions in a sentence

  • On or before the 5th business day of each month, Phenomenon Studio shall remit payment of the amount of Referral Commissions that is due and owing to Contractor for the prior month via the bank transfer or otherwise.
