No supplement may be filed later than the final date for filing the Referendum petition.
A Referendum petition must be filed with the City Clerk within 30 days after the publication of the ordinance to which it applies.
If the ordinance is posted instead of published in a newspaper of general circulation, the Referendum petition must be filed with the City Clerk within 30 days after completion of the 10-day posting period.
