REFERENCE SALE definition
REFERENCE SALE means a sale of a Product or other products or services by QCSI, as evidenced by a written, executed agreement between QCSI and a client, which sale results from a SYNERTECH Referral or a sale of service bureau services by Synertech, as evidenced by a written, executed agreement between SYNERTECH and a client, which sale results from a QCSI Referral.
