Reference Registry definition
Reference Registry means the register of Reference Entities maintained by the Calculation Agent in respect of each Reference Portfolio in accordance with this Confirmation (the initial form of which is set out in Schedule A).
Reference Registry means a registry maintained by the Calculation Agent which sets out the details of the Credit Index Skew Transaction. On the Issue Date the Reference Registry shall be as set out in Annex 1 hereto and thereafter it shall be updated from time to time pursuant to and in accordance with paragraph 3 (Confirmation of Entry and Exit of Credit Index Skew Transactions) above.
Reference Registry means the register of Reference Entities maintained by the Calculation Agent in accordance with this Confirmation and amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of “Successor Substitution” below and further amended from time to time in accordance with a Portfolio Administration Agreement (the “Portfolio Administration Agreement”) dated 19 August 2005 between Party A, the Calculation Agent and International Bank of Taipei (in such capacity, the “Initial Noteholder”) (the form of which is set out in Exhibit B hereto).

Reference Registry means a registry established by the Issuer containing the information set out at Part B of Schedule 2 (The Form of Reference Registry) in respect of each Reference Obligation in the Reference Portfolio, as updated from time to time in accordance with Condition 5(i) (Reference Registry).
