Reference Rate 2 definition
Reference Rate 2 means (i) the Floating Rate Option on
Reference Rate 2 means (i) the Floating Rate Option 2 on such date with a Designated Maturity of 30 years minus (ii) the Floating Rate Option 2 on such date with a Designated Maturity of 2 years, provided that in each case the rate for any date that is not a Reset Date shall be the rate for the immediately preceding Reset Date.
