A/R Put Notice definition

A/R Put Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 6.08(a).

Examples of A/R Put Notice in a sentence

  • Not later than the fifteenth (15th) day following Seller’s receipt of the A/R Put Notice, Seller shall (and the Stockholder shall cause Seller to) pay to Buyer the Outstanding Amount with respect to each such Delinquent Receivable.

Related to A/R Put Notice

  • Put Notice has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.

  • Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.

  • Reset Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.07.

  • Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Reference Notice means a notice given to the Water Services Regulation Authority under paragraph 11 or 14 of Condition B;
