Reference Market Value definition

Reference Market Value means the average closing sale price, as published in The Wall Street Journal, of a share of Common Stock on the NASDAQ National Market for the thirty (30) consecutive trading day period ending two (2) business days prior to the date on which such Reference Market Value is determined.
Reference Market Value means $3.54 (such price being subject to automatic --------- ------ ----- proportionate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, recapitalization, or other similar event affecting the Parent Common Stock).
Reference Market Value means the arithmetic average of the Volume Weighted Average Price(s) on each of the sixty (60) consecutive Trading Days ending on date of the Notice.

  • Such warrant shall be for the right to purchase 75,000 shares of Buyer's common stock at a warrant exercise price per share of the Reference Market Value.

Reference Market Value means, with respect to any date, the volume-weighted average price of uniQure Ordinary Shares as reported on Nasdaq for the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period ending two (2) Business Days prior to such date.
