Reference height definition

Reference height means the height of the top of the seat above the reference plane;
Reference height means the height above the ground at which the vehicle should embody sufficient protective devices, both at “unladen kerb weight" and at "laden test weight". This reference height is that of the horizontal plane passing through the reference line of the impactor described in paragraph 2.3. of annex 3 to this Regulation;

Related to Reference height

  • Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;

  • Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.

  • Reference Asset Weight means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the proportion of the Reference Portfolio set out under the heading “Reference Portfolio Weight” for such Reference Asset in the table included under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.
