Reference AZN Amount definition

Reference AZN Amount means, in respect of each Specified Denomination, an AZN amount equal to the USD amount of such Specified Denomination converted into AZN using the initial USD/AZN exchange rate of AZN 1.700699301 per USD 1 set on 15 September 2020.
Reference AZN Amount means AZN 85,000 per Calculation Amount, which is calculated using the initial USD/AZN exchange rate of AZN 1.70 per USD 1 set on 26 July 2022.
Reference AZN Amount means AZN 85,000 per Calculation Amount, which is calculated using the initial USD/AZN exchange rate of AZN 1.70 per USD 1 set on 12 May 2020.

Related to Reference AZN Amount

  • Reference Amount means, for each share of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, an amount equal to the sum of the following amounts:

  • Reference Value means the last reported sales price of the Ordinary Shares for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • Calculation Amount means the Calculation Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Preference Amount means any amount previously distributed to an Owner on the Obligations that is recoverable and sought to be recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy pursuant to the United States Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C.), as amended from time to time, in accordance with a final nonappealable order of a court having competent jurisdiction.

  • Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.
