  • Issue a Guarantee with respect to any Debt or other obligation of REFC or otherwise become liable, directly or indirectly, for any such Debt or other obligation, with the exception that Borrower may issue the REFC Guarantee; or make any Advance to, Investment in, or Distribution to REFC other than as may be permitted under SECTION 7.03(f) and SECTION 7.03(g) above.
