Refarming definition
Refarming means the process of rearranging of the Radio Spectrum License holder to obtain the determination on the use of contiguous Radio Frequency Spectrum in the same radio frequency band.
Refarming means the recovery of spectrum from its existing users for the purpose of reassignment, either for new users, or for the introduction of new spectrally efficient technologies
