Reexamination definition

Reexamination means an additional post-abatement clearance examination conducted to determine if a structure that previously failed the clearance standard recommended in Appendix A meets the standard.
Reexamination means an examination by the PTO of the validity and enforceability of the Invention Patent prompted by the ex parte request made to the PTO on or around May 18, 2006.
Reexamination means a process whereby the applicant may petition the Board to retake either the National and/or State examination if the applicant has not passed the licensure examinations.
