Redundant, Redundancy means the situation where an employer has formally confirmed that a person’s employment is terminated because the employee is surplus to the requirements of the employer’s business.
Redundant, Redundancy means a situation where the Company has made a definite decision that they no longer wish the job you are doing to be done by anyone and that decision leads to the termination of your employment. This shall not be taken to include instances that occur as a result of the customary turnover of labour.
