Redundancy Plan Costs definition
Redundancy Plan Costs means all costs relating to the Redundancy Plan as set out on Section 6.4(a)(i) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule, together with any Covered Losses incurred by any of the Transferred Companies to the extent of an Action brought by an employee contesting the Redundancy Plan.
