Redundancy Plan definition
Redundancy Plan means the proposed plan by the Company in respect of the proposed retrenchment of the employees of the Company;
Redundancy Plan means any economically justified redundancy pursuant to Article L.321-1 and seq. of the French Labour Code (including in particular the elimination or transformation of an employment position, or a substantial amendment to an employment contract stemming directly from economic problems or technological changes).
