Significant emissions increase means, for a regulated NSR pollutant, an increase in emissions that is significant for that pollutant.
Reduction in Force means abolition of positions in an agency or part of an agency and the corresponding nondisciplinary removal of affected employees from such positions through separation from employment or through displacement to other positions.
Net emissions increase means, with respect to any regulated NSR pollutant emitted by a major stationary source, the amount by which the sum of the following exceeds zero:
Original Effective Date means the Effective Date under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.
income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;
Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.
Cost-effective means a Health Intervention where the benefits and harms relative to the costs represent an economically efficient use of resources for patients with the medical condition being treated through the Health Intervention. For example, if the benefits and risks to the patient of two alternative Interventions are comparable, a Health Intervention costing $1,000 will be more cost effective than a Health Intervention costing $10,000. “Cost-effective” shall not necessarily mean the lowest price.
Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means June 28, 2018, the date the amendments and restatements to the Plan of May 7, 2018 are subject to approval by the Company’s stockholders at the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting.
Second Restatement Effective Date has the meaning specified in the Second Amendment Agreement.
Significant Effect under clause 10.3 above includes termination of employment (including redundancy), major changes in the composition, operation or size of the Employer’s workforce or in the skills required, the elimination or diminution of job opportunities, promotion opportunities or job tenure; the alteration of hours of work; changes to safety and/or management systems, any changes to employment practices that result in privacy concerns for employees such as implementation of electronic inductions and/or access systems; the need for retraining or transfer of Employees to other work areas or locations and the restructuring of jobs.
Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.
Original Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.
Restatement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02).
Policy Effective Date means the commencement date of these Terms and Benefits which is specified as "Policy Effective Date" in the Policy Schedule.
Significant Modification means:
USP-NF means the current edition of the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary.
Plan Effective Date means the occurrence of the effective date of the Plan according to its terms.
Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.
Amendment No. 5 Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Amendment No. 5.
Amendment No. 4 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 4.
Expanded learning means before school, after school, summer, or intersession learning programs that focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. It is the intent of the Legislature that expanded learning programs are pupil-centered, results driven, include community partners, and complement, but do not replicate, learning activities in the regular school day and school year. (EC Section 8482.1[a])
main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;
Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.
