Redfield definition

Redfield means the Company’s brand “Redfield” and the trademarks, marketing materials and all other rights and materials of the Company which relate solely to such brand.
Redfield has the meaning specified in the Preamble.
Redfield and "Grand Slam" brand names, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A.
