Redevelopers definition

Redevelopers means the Redevelopers as defined in the Redevelopment Agreement responsible for purchasing, constructing, reconstructing, acquiring, improving, extending, rehabilitating, installing, equipping, furnishing and completing the Project on behalf of the City.
Redevelopers collectively means The Row in Lexington, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company or its assignee, which is subject to the written approval of the CDA, and Stonyhill Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company or its assignee, which is subject to the written approval of the CDA.

Examples of Redevelopers in a sentence

  • Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations.

  • Prior to the execution and delivery of this Redevelopment Contract, the Redeveloper has delivered to the Authority a certificate of good standing, a certified copy of the Redeveloper's by-laws and a certified copy of the resolution or resolutions authorizing the execution and delivery of this Redevelopment Contract.

  • Prior to the execution and delivery of this Redevelopment Contract, the Redeveloper has delivered to the Authority a certificate of good standing, a certified copy of the Redeveloper's operating agreement and a certified copy of the consent of members authorizing the execution and delivery of this Redevelopment Contract.

  • If the work has been completed in conformance with this Redevelopment Agreement, the City shall execute and deliver to Redeveloper the City's acceptance to the Redeveloper's Certificate of Completion of Improvements, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit I.

  • If the work has been completed in conformance with this Redevelopment Agreement, the City shall execute and deliver to Redeveloper the City's acceptance to the Redeveloper's Certificate of Completion of Improvements, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • This right-of-entry shall not interfere with Redeveloper's use of the Property.

  • If the work has been completed in conformance with this Redevelopment Agreement, the City shall execute and deliver to Redeveloper the City's acceptance to the Redeveloper's Certificate of Completion of Private Improvements, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • If the work has been completed in conformance with this Redevelopment Agreement, the City shall execute and deliver to Redeveloper the City's acceptance to the Redeveloper's Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Notwithstanding Section 502.A above, the Redeveloper may fund in full the Redeveloper Priority Expenses in Section 503A below at Redeveloper's own cost and expense and seek reimbursement as described below.

  • To the extent that the provisions of this Agreement are intended to bind the Redeveloper's assigns and successors, its provisions shall not be merged by reason of any deeds transferring title to any portion of the Project Area from the Redeveloper or any successor in interest, and any such deeds shall not be deemed to affect or impair the provisions and covenants of this Agreement.
