Redeveloped or Redevelopment definition

Redeveloped or Redevelopment means either the construction of any Improvement where existing Structures have been removed or will be removed from the property to allow the Improvement, or a change in the use category, number or size of a structure or for fee purposes; e.g., Single-Family Dwelling Unit to Commercial Unit.

  • Redevelopment means areas where development is replacing older development.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.
