Redeployee definition

Redeployee means a Staff Member whose position has been declared Redundant.
Redeployee means an Employee who is to be redeployed in accordance with this Schedule.

Examples of Redeployee in a sentence

  • The Redeployee will accept or reject the written offer within 5 working days on the following basis: if the Redeployee accepts the offer, the Redeployee’s transfer to the position will be confirmed in writing to the Redeployee.

  • The Redeployee may accept the offer conditional upon a trial period of up to 6 weeks.

  • During the Redeployment Period, the University is entitled to offer by written notice to the Redeployee, Suitable Alternative Employment.

  • If no Suitable Alternative Employment is immediately available, the Redeployee will undertake, for the duration of the Redeployment Period, the work required of any appointment to suitable non-continuing position or any work commensurate with their skills and abilities as directed by their Line Manager.

  • Subject to clause 64.8.1, a Redeployee whose accepts a transfer to Suitable Alternative Employment is no longer entitled to a redundancy payment under this clause.

  • Where a Redeployee accepts a vacant position and a suitable position becomes available within 6 months, that Employee will be notified of the suitable position by the People & Culture Manager and will have preference over other Employees to be appointed to the suitable position.
