Redemption Settlement definition

Redemption Settlement means the settlement of the redemption of Common Units from certain of the Original Members required by the Redemption Settlement Agreement.
Redemption Settlement. The Transfer Agent will release the 1:00 p.m. T+1 (Best Efforts) redemption proceeds via Federal Wire to designated Financial Institution listed on the FI/TPA account record, making a best effort, by 1:00 p.m. ET T+1 (with the exception of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that have a set deadline of 1:00 PM and the Fidelity best efforts deadline of 12:00 p.m. ET). If redemption trade notification received from FI/TPA exceeds balance of their account the Transfer Agent will contact FI/TPA for instruction. If an aggregate wire is used to settle redemption proceeds an account/fund breakdown is provided to TPA if requested. Confirmation: Confirmations will be mailed within SEC standards. FI/TPAs are given access via Vision, NSCC and Customer Service to obtain trade confirmation T+1 and account balance T+2. Statements must be provided to Fidelity monthly by 10th business day of the month following and quarterly for all FI/TPA by 15th of the month following quarter end.

Examples of Redemption Settlement in a sentence

  • Unless previously redeemed in whole as provided below, each ETP Security shall become due and payable on its Final Redemption Settlement Date at its Final Redemption Amount.

  • No additional amount shall be payable to any Authorised Participant (or any ETP Securityholder acquiring ETP Securities from, or selling ETP Securities to, an Authorised Participant) in connection with the postponement of Subscription Settlement Date or Optional Redemption Settlement Date, as applicable.

  • The Issuer shall give notice to the ETP Securityholders of the Mandatory Redemption Date and the Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date of the ETP Securities as soon as reasonably practicable in accordance with Condition 17.

  • If any of the Mandatory Redemption Events listed in Condition 8.7 occurs, each ETP Security shall become due and payable on the related Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date at its Mandatory Redemption Amount.

  • If by such Redemption Settlement Time the Managing Owner has not received from the redeeming Participant all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Managing Owner will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • If by such Redemption Settlement Time, the Managing Owner has not received from the redeeming Shareholder all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Managing Owner will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • If by the close of business on the next Business Day following Redemption Settlement Date, the Sponsor has not received from the redeeming Participant all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Sponsor will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • The Redemption Settlement Date shall be the immediately following Business Day after the Redemption Trade Date, unless the parties otherwise agree in writing.

  • Redemption Settlement Date: Payment of Repurchase Proceeds will be made by electronic transfer to the account of the redeeming Shareholder at the risk and expense of the Shareholder normally within three Business Days of the relevant Dealing Day and, in all cases, will be paid within ten Business Days of the Dealing Deadline for the relevant Dealing Day, provided that all the required documentation has been furnished to and received by the Administrator.

  • Any remainder of the Redemption Distribution will be delivered on the next Business Day to the extent of remaining whole Baskets received if the Trust receives the fee applicable to the extension of the Redemption Settlement Time that the Sponsor may, from time to time, determine, and the remaining Redemption Baskets being tendered for redemption are credited to the Fund’s account at the Depository by 12:00 p.m., New York time, on such next Business Day.
