Redemption Multiple means, with respect to redemptions occurring during the periods specified below, the following percentages:

Examples of Redemption Multiple in a sentence

  • In order to exercise this Redemption right, a Noteholder (or two or more Noteholders acting together) must redeem at least the Minimum Redemption Multiple of Notes of any Series and may only redeem in multiples of this number.

  • Notes must be Redeemed in multiples of the Minimum Redemption Multiple for the relevant Series, subject to the Issuer’s discretion to reduce the Minimum Redemption Multiple generally or in the case of a particular Redemption or in the case of Redemptions from any particular Noteholder.

  • Noteholders may act together, when giving a Redemption Notice pursuant to Condition 5.1, in order to give such notice in respect of the Minimum Redemption Multiple for the relevant Series.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Final Terms, the Minimum Redemption Multiple shall be 10,000.

  • At any time following the initial Closing Date, subject to any limitations imposed by law, the Partnership may, in the General Partner’s sole discretion, redeem the outstanding Class A Preferred Units, in whole or in part, at a redemption price per Class A Preferred Unit equal to the product of the Redemption Multiple and the Liquidation Value per Class A Preferred Unit as of the redemption date.

Redemption Multiple means (i) 10 for any Redemption Trigger Date prior to December 31, 2011,

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Redemption Percentage means:·on any Redemption Order Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage:–the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Down MacroShares that are being redeemed and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Down MacroShares that are outstanding prior to the redemption, in the case of the Down MacroShares; and –the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Up MacroShares that are being redeemed and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Up MacroShares that are outstanding prior to the redemption, in the case of the Up MacroShares; or·on the Final Scheduled Termination Date or an Early Termination Date, a percentage equal to 100%.

  • Redemption Dates means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Dates, and the Optional Redemption Dates, each of the foregoing, individually, a Redemption Date.

  • Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.

  • Redemption Limit means the sum of the Maximum Daily Redemption Limits applicable to the LS Margin Account Agreement relating to the ETP Securities.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Basket means the minimum number of Units of a Fund that may be redeemed pursuant to Section 8.1, which shall be the number of Units of such Fund constituting a Creation Basket on the relevant Redemption Order Date.

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Redemption Fee means the fee applied by us for the return of funds to an IBAN Account holder, or Cardholder following a request for redemption by an IBAN Account holder Cardholder under this Agreement, as specified in the attached Fees & Limits Schedule;

  • Gross Redemption Yield means a yield calculated in accordance with generally accepted market practice at such time, as advised to the Trustee by the Financial Adviser.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for redemption;

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.
