Redemption Maturity Date definition

Redemption Maturity Date means the date that is ten (10) years from the closing of the last sale of Series Preferred Shares.
Redemption Maturity Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Certificate of Incorporation.
Redemption Maturity Date means the date 7 years after the Issuance Date.
