Redemption Exchange Rate definition

Redemption Exchange Rate means, in respect of each Share and the related Final Sale Price, the prevailing spot rate on or about the date on which the Calculation Agent determines such Final Sale Price for converting such Final Sale Price into the Settlement Currency (whether directly or via one or more Intermediate Currencies).
Redemption Exchange Rate means the closing exchange rates quoted by Bloomberg for each Trading Day used to calculate the Redemption Parity Value at any given time.
Redemption Exchange Rate means the Exchange Rate on the first Business Day immediately following the last day of the Valuation Period when a Relevant Investor is able to convert into the Specified Currency of the Notes the proceeds of Underlying Shares sold during the Valuation Period (the "Redemption Exchange Rate Date") plus any amount of the relevant currency specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
