Redemption Demand means a written demand for redemption delivered to the Corporation pursuant to Section 4.3(e)(i) below.

Examples of Redemption Demand in a sentence

  • Promptly upon receipt by the Company of such copy of a Redemption Demand, the Company shall fix a date on which it will redeem the bonds of said series so demanded to be redeemed (hereinafter called the "Demand Redemption Date").

More Definitions of Redemption Demand

Redemption Demand means (i) a written redemption demand signed by the holders of at least (a) sixty-five (65%) percent of the then-outstanding shares of Series D Preferred and (b) seventy-five (75%) percent of the then-outstanding shares of Series C Preferred or (ii) a written notice that holders of at least (a) sixty-five percent (65%) of the then-outstanding shares of Series D Preferred and (b) seventy-five percent (75%) of the then-outstanding shares of Series C Preferred, each voting as a separate class, have voted to demand redemption, together with such proof of the vote as the Corporation may reasonably require.
Redemption Demand means the notification by the Controlling Holders that the Company has caused a Demand Event.
Redemption Demand has the meaning set forth in paragraph 6(b) below.

Related to Redemption Demand

  • Redemption Fee means the fee applied by us for the return of funds to an IBAN Account holder, or Cardholder following a request for redemption by an IBAN Account holder Cardholder under this Agreement, as specified in the attached Fees & Limits Schedule;

A copy of any Early Redemption Notice shall also be sent by the Issuer, or the Trustee, as the case may be, to all Transaction Parties, save that any failure to deliver a copy shall not invalidate the relevant Early Redemption Notice.

  • Optional Redemption Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
