Redemption Balance definition

Redemption Balance means, as of any date of determination and with respect to any Mortgage Loan, the outstanding principal amount of such Mortgage Loan.

  • The closing of the payment of the Remaining Redemption Balance (the “Final Closing”) shall take place by the electronic or physical exchange of documents and other deliverables and the Remaining Redemption Balance upon the satisfaction or waiver of each of the conditions set forth in Section 3(a) and Section 3(b).

  • The calculation of the Remaining Redemption Balance, including any interest, is set forth in Annex A attached hereto.
