Redemption and Solvency Certificate definition
Redemption and Solvency Certificate means a certificate stating the aggregate Make Whole Redemption Price in respect of the relevant date fixed for redemption of the Bonds and confirming that (i) a payment of the aggregate Make Whole Redemption Price has been made by the Issuer to the Pre-funding Account in accordance with this Condition 6(d) and (ii) the Issuer is solvent, in substantially the form set forth in the Agency Agreement.
Redemption and Solvency Certificate means a certificate, in substantially the form set forth in the Trust Deed and signed by an Authorised Signatory of the Issuer, stating the aggregate Make Whole Redemption Price in respect of the relevant date fixed for redemption of the Bonds and certifying that (A) a payment of the aggregate Make Whole Redemption Price will be made by or on behalf of the Issuer to the Principal Paying Agent in accordance with this Condition 6(d) and (B) the Issuer is solvent;
