Redelivery Service definition

Redelivery Service means the performance by the Operating Company of (i) the obligations it has assumed under the Transportation Contract and (ii) the other obligations envisaged by the Regasification Code, in order to make the Gas available to the User at the Redelivery Point, and "Redeliver", "Redelivery" and "Redelivered" shall be construed accordingly. Redelivery Service means the service under which PSE&G will redeliver to NJEA any gas delivered to PSE&G by NJEA up to the Maximum Daily Sales Quantity (or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties on a case-by-case basis) pursuant to Section 4.2.2. on days when Extended Gas Service is interrupted by PSE&G under Section 7.2. or pursuant to Section 14.9. 1.34. Examples of Redelivery Service in a sentence

  • The Operating Company may interrupt any Interruptible Redelivery Service made available to the Users at any time and for any reason without incurring any liability as a result of or in connection with such interruption.

  • In such event, the User delivering the Off-Spec LNG shall have its entitlement to Firm Redelivery Service reduced as required to accommodate that reduction.
