  • Any LNG Redelivery Service provided by Terminal Operator to Shipper under this LTA shall also be governed by the procedures, rules and regulations contained in the LNG Access Code (the “AC”) as approved by the ▇▇▇▇.

  • Together with the invoice, the utilization rate of the LNG Redelivery Services and a detailed summary table per performed LNG Redelivery Service shall be communicated, particularly including the gas allocation and measurement results.

  • Re- delivery will be offered to the client no later than the following business day, provided the client/sponsor is again willing to pay the Basic Re-delivery Service Fee.
