Reddaway definition

Reddaway has the meaning given to that term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Examples of Reddaway in a sentence

  • Operating Companies (the “Restructuring Agreement”), the 2008-2013 National Master Freight Agreement and applicable Supplements (the “NMFA”), and the USF Reddaway Western Contract and Northwest Agreement (“Reddaway Agreements”) shall be extended from March 31, 2015 until March 31, 2019, subject to the modifications set forth below.

  • Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;

  • Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • Dredge means a mechanical device that is towed behind a fishing vessel and whose purpose is to collect shellfish from the sea floor.

  • Homemaker means a person who performs household chores for an individual primarily in her/his place of residence. Household chores may include but are not necessarily limited to housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping.

  • Diocese means the Church of England diocese in which the Academies are situated;
