Operating Companies (the “Restructuring Agreement”), the 2008-2013 National Master Freight Agreement and applicable Supplements (the “NMFA”), and the USF Reddaway Western Contract and Northwest Agreement (“Reddaway Agreements”) shall be extended from March 31, 2015 until March 31, 2019, subject to the modifications set forth below.
