Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.
Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.
Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.
DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);
Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.
Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.
Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs. Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];
Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Ordering Catalog means the electronic listing of items and their corresponding Contract unit prices available for ordering under this contract.
Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.
Customer Application means a software program that Customer creates or hosts using the Services.
SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Serving carrier means a facilities-based carrier providing
Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;
Adult motion picture theater means a commercial establishment where, for any form of consideration, films, motion pictures, video cassettes, slides, or similar photographic reproductions are regularly shown which are characterized by the depiction or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas."
Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.
Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
