Recycling payment definition
Recycling payment means the payment made by CalRecycle to an approved recycler that includes a recovery component related to recycler payments to collectors pursuant to Section 42477 of the Public Resources Code and a recycling component for CEW cancellation pursuant to Section 42478 of the Public Resources Code.
