Recycle Materials definition

Recycle Materials means materials which are determined to be recyclable as per the provider.
Recycle Materials means any household waste material that may be re-used in some fashion and that is acceptable at the Village’s Recycling Depot.
Recycle Materials means materials which are determined by the Recycle Collection Agent for the Town to be recyclable and may include but are not necessarily limited to newspaper, mixed paper, box board, cardboard, washed and flattened tin cans and clean glass jars which must be set out separately from the other materials;

  • The Company currently allocates the sale of Recycle Materials under this Agreement by the number of County recycle routes covered under this Agreement.

  • In addition to the Recyclable Materials Audit described above, the Contractor shall conduct a Recycle Materials Audit of Recyclable Materials at the Neighborhood Recycling Center at the Contractor’s sole expense once per year, at the request of the City.

  • Except as set forth in Section 7.8, Contractor shall offer Carts for Solid Waste, Recycle Materials, and Organic Waste in 35-, 64-, and 96-gallon sizes.
