Recurring License Fee definition

Recurring License Fee means the fee described as such in the Contract, if any.

Examples of Recurring License Fee in a sentence

  • PMC-Sierra will pay Peerless a Recurring License Fee (royalty) on each Bluestone ASSP product sold that contains a Peerless proprietary hardware product and is inclusive of Peerless PDS ( the total of which shall be referred to as the "Bundled Product").

  • If SEC has executed additional Block License(s) in which the Authorized SEC Devices named in LSA #1, LSA #2 and this LSA #3 are in part or in total named, then the Per Unit Recurring License Fee for such Authorized SEC Devices may be credited against those additional granted Block License(s).

  • For the purpose of calculation of the Recurring License Fee, the U.S. SRP shall be used to determine the SRP for all Authorized KONICA Devices with an established SRP in the United States of America; the Japan SRP shall be used when the Authorized KONICA Device does not have an established SRP in the United States.

  • During the first three (3) months he shall be returned to his former position on his request.
