Recurring Items definition

Recurring Items means payment items under any Master Agreement or any statement of work for additional services pursuant to any Master Agreement, which payment items (a) continue until the termination of such Master Agreement, (b) do not represent payments for services provided under the SOW 28 Contract or the SOW 35 Contract and (c) are indicated as a separate line item on Account Debtors' invoices. "Regional LLCs" means each of Northeast Carrier Acquisition Contractor, LLC; MidAtlantic Carrier Acquisition Company, LLC; LNP, LLC; Southwest Region Portability Company, LLC; Southeast Number Portability Administration Company, LLC; Western Region Telephone Number Portability, LLC; and West Coast Portability Services, LLC.
Recurring Items means the aggregate of items of income and/or expense not otherwise accounted for that are determined by the Lender to be highly likely to continue in the future as suggested by similar figures in historical financial statements.

Examples of Recurring Items in a sentence

  • If the invoice or Quotation in question is silent in relation to payment terms, all charges for Recurring Items will be payable annually in advance, and all other charges will be payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice or Quotation.

  • Customer will pay Concentric all Fees for One Time Fees and Monthly Recurring Items selected by Customer in Exhibit C in accordance with the price schedule in Exhibit A.
