Recurring Full-Time Position definition
Recurring Full-Time Position means a position in which:
(i) the duties are of a recurring nature from year to year; and
(ii) the incumbent is assigned full-time professional support responsibilities; and
(iii) the period worked is not fewer than thirty-two (32) weeks but not more than forty-two (42) weeks, inclusive of vacation, annually. For greater certainty, the annual duration of a recurring full-time position shall not exceed forty-two (42) weeks, inclusive of vacation, annually.
