Rectification Time definition

Rectification Time entails the time elapsing between the Time of Registration and the time at which the Supplier has rectified the fault.
Rectification Time means the period specified in KPI Tables within which Rectification of the relevant Event must be completed, calculated from the time that such Event is reported to the Central Control Facility. For the avoidance of doubt, if no period for rectification is specified in KPI Tables in respect of the relevant Event, no Rectification Time applies.
Rectification Time means time taken by the service provider to operationalize the faulty equipment from the time of fault reporting by any health facility.

More Definitions of Rectification Time

Rectification Time means the period specified in Schedule 15-3 – Maintenance and Rehabilitation Requirements within which Rectification of the relevant Event must be completed, calculated from the time that such Event is reported to the Helpdesk. For the avoidance of doubt, if no period for rectification is specified in Schedule 15-3 – Maintenance and Rehabilitation Requirements in respect of the relevant Event, no Rectification Time applies.
Rectification Time means the period specified in Schedule 11 – Integrated Management System Requirements, Schedule 15-3 – Maintenance and Rehabilitation Requirements, Schedule 17 – Environmental Obligations, or this Schedule 19 within which Rectification of the relevant Event must be completed, calculated from the time that such Event is reported to the Help Desk.   • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.

Any Scheduled Trading Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be a Scheduled Trading Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Scheduled Trading Day is scheduled following the date hereof, but prior to the open of the regular trading session of the Exchange on such day, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full. Section 6.6 of the Equity Definitions shall not apply to any Valuation Date occurring in respect of an Expiration Date.

  • Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Offer Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(f).
