Rectification Time definition

Rectification Time entails the time elapsing between the Time of Registration and the time at which the Supplier has rectified the fault.
Rectification Time means the period specified in KPI Tables within which Rectification of the relevant Event must be completed, calculated from the time that such Event is reported to the Central Control Facility. For the avoidance of doubt, if no period for rectification is specified in KPI Tables in respect of the relevant Event, no Rectification Time applies.
Rectification Time means the time for the Access Provider to rectify a fault and is determined by the period the reporting of a fault by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider and the rectification of the fault on a permanent basis.

  • Rectification Time refers to time of arrival by Contractor to time when fault is rectified or necessary action is taken to the satisfaction of the Company’s approved representative, whether or not the rectification time extends beyond office hours.

  • The Application (Maximum Exposure) Time begins at the end of the Rectification Time or previous Application (Maximum Exposure) Time (as applicable).

  • Response Time and Rectification Time begin simultaneously at the time any member of Concessionaire’s personnel becomes aware of the Activity Noncompliance Occurrence and run concurrently; not sequentially.

  • The Supplier shall strive to meet the specified Rectification Time, but does not guarantee this.

  • Example 1: With a Response Time of 1D, Rectification Time of 1M, and an Application (Maximum Exposure) Time of 1 SNC per W: • Failure to respond in one day would result in an Activity Noncompliance Event; • Failure to rectify within one month would result in an additional Activity Noncompliance Event; and • Continued failure to rectify would result in one additional Activity Noncompliance Event each successive week until the Activity Noncompliance Occurrence is rectified.

  • Priority Classification Response & Rectification Time Priority 1: Emergency work – very urgent Attend within 1 hour.

  • Example #2: With a Response Time of W, Rectification Time of M, and an Application (Maximum Exposure) Time of 1 SNC per W: • Failure to respond in one week would result in an Activity Noncompliance Event; • Failure to rectify within one month would result in an additional Activity Noncompliance Event; and • Continued failure to rectify would result in one additional Activity Noncompliance Event each successive week until the Activity Noncompliance Occurrence is rectified.

For the avoidance of doubt, if no period for rectification is specified in Schedule 15-3 – Maintenance and Rehabilitation Requirements in respect of the relevant Event, no Rectification Time applies.
