Recticel definition

Recticel means Recticel NV/SA, a limited liability company incorporated and organised under the Laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Bourgetlaan 42, 1130 Brussels, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0405.666.668 (RLE Brussels, Dutch division);
Recticel means the direct or indirect affiliate or subsidiary company of Recticel N.V./S.A., which issues a purchase order.
Recticel means the direct or indirect affiliate or subsidiary company of Recticel N.V./S.A., which makes an offer.

  • The title to the goods shall pass to Recticel at the moment and place of delivery.

  • The seller shall not transfer any personal data processed on behalf of Recticel to a third country without the prior written consent of Recticel.

  • In case of an infringement by the seller of any warranty mentioned in this Article, the seller shall promptly inform Recticel thereof in writing.

  • Invoices issued by the seller that are not in compliance with the obligations of this Article, shall not be paid by Recticel.

  • The seller shall not make any amendments to the type, the design, the quality, the quantity, the content, the modalities of packing, sending and delivery, or any other specification relating to the ordered goods or services without the prior written consent of Recticel.

  • Recticel shall in such case also be entitled to annul the order in whole or in part.

  • In case the amendments requested by Recticel would entail a change in the price or the conditions of delivery, the seller shall immediately inform Recticel hereof in writing.

  • More in particular, the seller shall provide Recticel or a third party appointed hereto by Recticel with access to each location, installation, documentation or information that may be useful in the framework of the inspection or audit or that is reasonably requested by Recticel or the third party appointed by Recticel.

  • After the end of the data processing on behalf of Recticel, the seller shall, at the choice of Recticel, return all personal data and any copies thereof to the Recticel or delete these data from its systems and confirm such deletion to Recticel in writing.

  • Cosmetology means the art or practice of embellishment, cleansing, beautification, and styling of hair, wigs, postiches, face, body, or nails.
