Recruitment Target definition
Recruitment Target means the Agent's target total of commencing student enrolments at the University or the College during a Year.
Recruitment Target means the recruitment targets started in set by the Department relating to the number of Participants the Contractor is required to recruit to a Cohort under this Call Off Contract; “Regulatory Bodies” those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in this Contract or any other affairs of the Department and "Regulatory Body" shall be construed accordingly;
