Recreation Use definition

Recreation Use means a use providing for indoor or outdoor recreation and includes parks, playgrounds, and sports facilities;
Recreation Use means premises used for sports, physical play or exercise, such as a fitness club, bowling alley, billiards hall or pool hall, swimming pool or skating rink. An amusement arcade and a sports place of assembly is not a recreation use;
Recreation Use means the use of land, buildings or structures for active or passive recreational purposes and may include indoor recreation facilities, sports fields, sports courts, playgrounds, multi-use trails, picnic areas, scenic view points and similar uses to the foregoing, together with the necessary accessory buildings and structures, but does not include commercial recreation uses.
