Recreation land definition
Recreation land means land used for public or private leisure-time use, including developed recreation facilities such as parks, camps, and amusement areas, as well as areas for less intensive uses such as hiking, canoeing, and other undeveloped recreational uses.
Recreation land means the definition in the Liquor Act, RSY 2002, c.140, as may be amended.
