Recreation Fee means a fee charged, assessed, or allocated by a Hotel to a Hotel occupant or occupants for use of Destination Resort recreation facilities, whether the Hotel charging the Recreation Fee is a Destination Resort or has a contract or agreement with a Destination Resort for use by the Hotel’s guests of the recreation facilities of the Destination Resort.
