Recovery Fee definition

Recovery Fee means for each item of Collections which the Borrower has failed to remit as required by the Agreement, a fee equal to the lesser of $5,000 or 5% of the amount of such item, but in no case less than $1,000.
Recovery Fee. A customary fee calculated based on additional recovery amounts charged for the collection of such additional recovery amounts on any Mortgage Loan after the date that such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan.
Recovery Fee. A customary fee charged for the collection of Liquidation Proceeds on any Mortgage Loan after the date that such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan.

Recovery Fee means the amount collected during the sale of the preneed funeral contract;

Recovery Fee. The fee payable to Servicer in connection with (x) the sale of, or receipt of any condemnation or insurance proceeds with respect to, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Property pursuant to Section 3.08 of this Agreement or (y) the curing of any event of default under the Serviced Loan through restructure or work-out of the Serviced Loan, which fee will be an amount equal to: (a) with respect to clause (x) above, 1.0% of all liquidation, condemnation and insurance proceeds received with respect to the Serviced Loan; and (b) with respect to clause (y) above, 1.0% of all principal and interest received (i) in connection with any full, partial or discounted payoff made pursuant to such restructuring or work-out and (ii) from and after the date that Borrower has made 3 timely consecutive monthly payments under the terms of the Serviced Loan, as amended.
Recovery Fee. With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, Workout Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the fee payable to the Special Servicer out of certain related principal recoveries pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 3.11(c).
Recovery Fee means the fee authorized in Subsection 59-2-2002(1).
Recovery Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.4 below.
