Recourse Leverage Ratio definition

Recourse Leverage Ratio means, as of any time the same is to be determined, the ratio of the amount of (A) Recourse Indebtedness outstanding at such time (provided that for purposes of clause (A) of this definition, to the extent otherwise included, Indebtedness of Marketing Subsidiaries in an aggregate amount not to exceed the Marketing Subsidiary Indebtedness Limit incurred under Marketing Subsidiary Excluded Credit Facilities shall not be deemed to be Recourse Indebtedness) to (B) the amount of Capital at such time.
Recourse Leverage Ratio means, as of any time the same is to be determined, the ratio of the amount of (A) Recourse Indebtedness outstanding at such time to (B) the amount of Capital at such time.
Recourse Leverage Ratio means, as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of (a) Total Recourse Debt as of such date, to (b) Gross EBITDA for four (4) Fiscal Quarters ending on the last day of such Fiscal Quarter.

Examples of Recourse Leverage Ratio in a sentence

  • Borrower will not at the end of any fiscal quarter permit the Recourse Leverage Ratio to exceed 0.65 to 1.00.

  • As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter of Postal Realty REIT, the Secured Recourse Leverage Ratio shall not be greater than 0.15 to 1.00.
