Recoupment Payment definition

Recoupment Payment means the repayment from the Tribe’s share of Net Revenues of either (a) any advance made by the Manager to the Tribe of the Minimum Guaranteed Monthly Payment as contemplated in Section 6.3 and (b) any portion of the Management Fee which is not paid to the Manager as provided in Section 6.6.
Recoupment Payment means the sum(s) paid to MPM to reimburse advances previously made to the Tribe to cover any shortfall in Minimum Guaranteed Monthly Payments.
Recoupment Payment means the repayment from the Authority’s share of Net Revenues of: (a) any advance made by the Manager to the Authority of a Minimum Guaranteed Payment as contemplated by Section 6.3; or (b) any portion of the Management Fee which is not paid to the Manager as provided in Section 6.7.

Examples of Recoupment Payment in a sentence

  • The Company will then use the Estimated Annual Property Tax Savings in its calculation of the Recoupment Payment in the Annual Report.

  • For purposes of this Section 2, a Termination Recoupment Payment is triggered on the effective date of the applicable termination.

  • The Minimum Guaranteed Monthly Payments shall be charged against the Tribe’s Share of Net Revenues and, if there are insufficient Net Revenues in a given month to make the distribution, Manager shall advance the funds necessary to compensate for the deficiency and shall be reimbursed by the Tribe in the next succeeding month or months as a Recoupment Payment.

  • If the Executive becomes required to make a Recoupment Payment, it shall be paid to the Company not later than 30 business days after the date of the event giving rise to the obligation to make such Recoupment Payment.

  • Any DigitalGlobe Reverse Termination Fee or Recoupment Payment due under this Section 6.06(c) shall be paid by wire transfer of same-day funds on the Business Day immediately following the date of termination of this Agreement or the date of the occurrence triggering the Recoupment Payment, as applicable.
