Records System definition

Records System means an information system for capturing, managing and providing access to records and may consist of records management software or non-technical processes for records management;
Records System means the paper or electronic system that houses a given Records Series.
Records System means a records management system that is used to create, store, retrieve, retain, archive, or view information, records, documents, or files pertaining to public safety.
