Recording Documents definition

Recording Documents. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the original recorded Mortgage relating to such Mortgage Loan and any intervening assignment thereof required to be included in the Mortgage File with evidence of recording thereon (or a copy of such original Mortgage or intervening assignment certified by the applicable recording office) (which may be in electronic form).
Recording Documents. As defined in Section 2.01 hereof.

  • This procedure shall be repeated until the Recording Documents have been received by the Company and delivered to the Trustee (or the Custodian).

More Definitions of Recording Documents

Recording Documents means any Loan Document or Collateral Document, including, any mortgage, UCC financing statement or fixture filing (including with respect to timber) or assignment intended for recordation or in recordable form, other than any Notice Recording.
Recording Documents means, collectively, the Underlying Lease (or a memorandum thereof), this Lease Agreement (or a memorandum thereof), the PILOT Mortgage, the Mortgage and the Assignment of Leases and Rents.
