Examples of Recorded Delivery in a sentence

  • Any correspondence served by the Landlord to me by Recorded Delivery to the Room address will be treated as served on the second business day after the date of the posting.

  • Any notice in respect of any of the matters referred to in Part D of this Tenancy Agreement which require to be served in compliance with the terms of The Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907 will be sent by first-class Recorded Delivery post or Registered post or delivered by Sheriff Officers to the Room address.
