recordal means recordal in the records of the Office;
recordal means recordal in the records of the Off ice;
Recording means the electronic, mechanical, stenographic or other recording made as required by Indiana Rule of Trial Procedure 74.
Recordation "record," or "recorded" means, with regard to NOx allowances, the movement of NOx allowances by the administrator from one NOx allowance tracking system account to another, for purposes of allocation, transfer, or deduction.

Requesting state means a state which invokes the procedures of the compact to secure the undertaking or intensification of measures to control or eradicate 1 or more pests within 1 or more other states.

deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);

Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
Copyright Office means the United States Copyright Office.
Electronic recording A mortgage or a mortgage-related document created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means (that complies with the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as applicable) that has been accepted for recording by a participating county land records office which accepts such electronic record of a mortgage or a mortgage-related document as an alternative to recordation of the original paper form of such document.
Filing Statement means this filing statement, together with all appendices attached hereto and including the summary hereof;
