Recordable definition

Recordable. As to any Mortgage Loan which is not a MERS Mortgage Loan, the Assignment of Mortgage is in recordable form and is acceptable for recording under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Property is located.
Recordable means that your employer is required by law to report the injury or illness to OSHA and must keep a record of the injury or illness on official OSHA recordkeeping forms.
Recordable means with respect to any document, that such document has been acknowledged and is otherwise in a form that would permit the Recordation thereof.
